Sales Lady

A well-established optical shop in Salmiya is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Filipino Sales Lady to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on sales and customer service within a retail environment, specifically in the optical field. Applicants must have a transferable residency (Article 18) and experience in retail sales.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, lenses, and other optical products.
• Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer purchases and transactions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store and product displays.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to meet sales targets and ensure smooth operations.
• Stay informed about the latest optical trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Filipino nationality (preferred for this role).
• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in an optical or similar setting (discuss during the interview).
• Valid transferable Article 18 residency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
