Key Responsibilities

- Technical Proficiency: Solid technical background with an understanding of software development practices and web technologies.
Required Skills
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Documentation Skills: Ability to produce clear, detailed documentation that captures complex processes and systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional skills in engaging and communicating with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and foster strong relationships.
- Epic and Story Authorship: Expertise in crafting well-defined epics and user stories that effectively guide development teams.
- Change Management: Proven ability to manage change by integrating feedback from users and stakeholders into product development, promoting user adoption and satisfaction.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster teamwork within a dynamic environment.
Education and Experience
- Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of six years in a Product Owner or similar role in the digital media industry, with demonstrated success in managing large-scale MAM systems.
- Cloud Solutions: Experience in building cloud solutions (GCP, Azure, AWS) is a must.
- MAM Solutions: Familiarity with Arvato/Vidispine or other cloud-based MAM solutions is expected.
