Kana Group is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive (TikToker) to join our marketing team. This role focuses on producing engaging TikTok content that enhances brand awareness, drives customer engagement, and contributes to sales growth. As a key player in our digital marketing strategy, you will stay ahead of social media trends, particularly on TikTok, to craft innovative campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities

Content Creation:

  • Develop and produce engaging TikTok content aligned with Kana Group’s brand identity and marketing strategy.
  • Utilize creative storytelling and video editing to create high-impact, viral content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, retail, customer happiness) to highlight products, services, and customer experiences.

Campaign Execution:

  • Plan and execute TikTok campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics (views, shares, likes) and adjust campaigns for optimal results.
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators to expand Kana Group’s reach on TikTok.

Trend Analysis and Adaptation:

  • Stay updated with TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices to maintain relevance.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify creative opportunities and competitive advantages.

Community Engagement:

  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster a positive brand image.
  • Monitor and engage with user-generated content across TikTok and other relevant platforms.

Performance Reporting:

  • Track and report TikTok analytics and performance metrics, providing insights for optimization.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for the Marketing Director and senior management.

Cross-Platform Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with the broader social media team for cohesive branding across all platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat).
  • Assist in content creation for other social media platforms, especially video content.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media content creation, with a specific focus on TikTok.

Skills:

  • Expertise in TikTok content creation and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro).
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools for tracking performance metrics and optimizing content.
