- Client Partnership: Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to deliver technical solutions tailored to client needs.

- Technical Sales Support: Provide localization and technical support for the sales team, effectively qualifying opportunities and assisting technical buyers.
- Value Engineering: Work with sales teams to engineer customer value by identifying pain points that can be addressed through Smartcat’s technology and optimized localization processes.
- SOW Production: Collaborate with clients to create Statements of Work (SOWs) ensuring optimal onboarding experiences.
- Feedback Loop: Regularly provide insights to product teams on client needs and opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Strong technical presales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced skills in troubleshooting complex technical issues and designing custom solutions.
- Localization Expertise: Background in localization with an understanding of workflows, processes, and localization engineering, including experience with relevant tools and best practices.
- Analytical Skills: Strong research and analytical abilities to identify and address technical challenges.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
