We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Product team. In this remote position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our core product and helping our customers streamline their localization processes. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to discover innovative solutions to customer challenges using AI and cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities

As a Staff Product Manager, you will:

  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to guide products from conception to launch.
  • Develop Product Strategy: Create and execute a product strategy and roadmap that drives innovation and aligns with the company’s goals.
  • Hands-On Product Development: Be actively involved in developing products and features, ensuring we learn quickly and that development meets business and customer needs.
  • Continuous Discovery: Use a continuous discovery approach to understand customer needs, integrating user feedback into product development to boost customer satisfaction and maximize business impact.
  • Define Success Metrics: Establish key business goals, KPIs, and success metrics. Track these metrics and work on continuous improvement.
  • Analyze Product Performance: Regularly analyze product metrics, driving enhancements based on quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Manage Product Lifecycle: Operate effectively within an agile environment, managing the product lifecycle and maintaining a clear product roadmap.
  • Stay Market Savvy: Keep up-to-date with market trends and the competitive landscape to shape product strategy and anticipate customer needs.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: 8+ years in Product Management, preferably in SaaS products and high-growth or startup environments.
  • UX Skills: Proven experience in user experience (UX) and working within a continuous discovery framework.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong abilities to identify complex issues and develop clear solutions, demonstrating user empathy and making tough trade-offs when necessary.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, diagnose problems, and quantify their business impacts. You base decisions on facts rather than opinions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for various stakeholders, from senior leadership to team members.
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. You have a proactive attitude and are willing to be hands-on.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, ensuring that projects are completed timely and effectively.
