Key Responsibilities
- Stockroom Management:
- Organize and optimize stockroom processes, ensuring effective display of items and compliance with health and safety standards.

- Assist the Shop Manager in managing the stock budget, achieving timely deliverables related to store sales and productivity.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Control inventory accuracy by determining stocking levels and monitoring supply and material disbursements.
- Support the Shop Manager in supervising the distribution of manpower hours in the stockroom, aligning schedules with shipment deliveries and store sales.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in the retail industry, with a focus on operations or stock management.
- Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office and shop/stock management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Language:
- Fluency in English is required.
