We are seeking a Support Staff Admin/HR (Administrative Assistant II) to provide essential administrative support to our team. Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the relevant group or team.
- Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
- Organize and maintain group filing systems and documentation.
- Monitor and procure stationery and office supplies as needed.
- Assist in various administrative activities including:
- Preparation of expense reports.
- Processing purchase orders and invoices.
- Arrange meetings, including organizing equipment, food and beverage orders, and post-meeting clean-up.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for team members.
- Provide support to other administrative teams during absences.
- Cover reception duties as required.
- Assist in creating and preparing correspondence, documents, presentations, and publications for internal and external clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely customer service in line with company policies and procedures.
