Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the relevant group or team.
  • Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain group filing systems and documentation.
  • Monitor and procure stationery and office supplies as needed.
  • Assist in various administrative activities including:
    • Preparation of expense reports.
    • Processing purchase orders and invoices.
  • Arrange meetings, including organizing equipment, food and beverage orders, and post-meeting clean-up.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for team members.
  • Provide support to other administrative teams during absences.
  • Cover reception duties as required.
  • Assist in creating and preparing correspondence, documents, presentations, and publications for internal and external clients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely customer service in line with company policies and procedures.
