Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Overall Responsibility: Take charge of the entire e-commerce sector, overseeing all activities related to our web portals and mobile application.
- Digital Roadmap Development: Create and execute a digital strategy focused on increasing sales and improving customer retention.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage CRM processes before, during, and after the booking journey to strengthen customer connections.
Website and User Experience Optimization
- Usability Enhancements: Optimize website usability and the booking process to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Customer Journey Analysis: Analyze and enhance the customer journey using key performance indicators (KPIs) and A/B testing.
Marketing and Performance Management
- Performance Marketing Oversight: Lead performance marketing efforts, including SEO, SEA, social media, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and meta-search.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with IT, marketing, sales, and external agencies to ensure alignment and efficiency in e-commerce initiatives.
