This remote, full-time position allows you to take strategic and operational control of our e-commerce platforms, including alltours.de, byebye.de, alltours.at, alltours.nl, alltours.ch, and the mein alltours app. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing our digital roadmap to boost revenue and enhance customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Overall Responsibility: Take charge of the entire e-commerce sector, overseeing all activities related to our web portals and mobile application.
  • Digital Roadmap Development: Create and execute a digital strategy focused on increasing sales and improving customer retention.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage CRM processes before, during, and after the booking journey to strengthen customer connections.

Website and User Experience Optimization

  • Usability Enhancements: Optimize website usability and the booking process to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Customer Journey Analysis: Analyze and enhance the customer journey using key performance indicators (KPIs) and A/B testing.

Marketing and Performance Management

  • Performance Marketing Oversight: Lead performance marketing efforts, including SEO, SEA, social media, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and meta-search.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with IT, marketing, sales, and external agencies to ensure alignment and efficiency in e-commerce initiatives.

Team Leadership

  • Team Development: Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on trends in digital commerce and tourism to keep our strategies relevant and effective.
