Responsibilities
As a telemarketer, your primary duties will include:

• Assisting with marketing campaigns and following up with potential leads.
• Meeting daily and monthly call targets as set by the management.
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to achieve company goals.

Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you should have:

• Previous experience in telecalling, marketing, or counseling.
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Basic computer skills for managing customer records and email communications.
• Good persuasive abilities and a customer-focused approach.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Availability for full-time work with flexibility in shifts (9 AM to 5 PM or 12 PM to 8 PM).
