The ideal candidate will have a background in ticket booking, hotel reservations, and providing excellent customer service in the travel industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries regarding travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and other travel services.
- Book tickets and make hotel reservations according to client preferences and budgets.
- Provide clients with information about travel destinations, including visa requirements, local customs, and attractions.
- Assist in resolving any issues that may arise during the booking process or travel experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends and changes in the travel industry.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure timely communication with clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role in the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of ticket booking systems and hotel reservation platforms.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with travel regulations and best practices.
