Qualifications
- Previous experience in the oil field or a similar role is required.
- Candidates must possess relevant technical certifications or degrees related to their field (Engineer, Technician, Supervisor, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and industry standards is essential, especially for technical and safety-related roles.
- For technician and operator roles, hands-on experience with industry-specific machinery and tools is necessary.
