OZY Wellness Solutions is seeking dedicated and certified Yoga and Pilates Instructors (both male and female) to join our wellness team. We are a growing company that offers a wide range of wellness services to our clients, helping them improve their physical and mental health. Responsibilities
- Conduct group and private Yoga and Pilates classes tailored to the skill levels and goals of participants.
- Develop personalized fitness plans for clients, focusing on improving flexibility, strength, and overall wellness.
- Motivate clients to adopt healthy lifestyles and adhere to fitness regimens.
- Monitor clients’ progress and adjust fitness programs as needed.
- Ensure the safety of participants during all sessions and provide modifications for different fitness levels.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the fitness area and ensure equipment is used safely.
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and incorporate new techniques into training.
Qualifications
- Must hold a certification in Yoga and Pilates instruction from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Yoga or Pilates Instructor.
- 18-Transferable Visa (required for those currently residing in Kuwait).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, professional, and result-oriented with a passion for fitness and wellness.
