Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the company fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules (discuss specific duties during interview).

- Monitor driver performance and ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in fleet operations management (mandatory).

- Excellent understanding of safety regulations for commercial vehicles in Kuwait.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize effectively.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Kuwaiti driver’s license (mandatory).
- Transferable residency visa type 18 (mandatory).
- Arabic language skills (a plus).
