We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Central Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Kuwait Jobs. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in the food and beverage industry, specifically in managing central kitchen operations. In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen activities, ensuring food quality and safety, while maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring all staff are performing their duties efficiently.
• Food Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory and supplies for the central kitchen, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Staff Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance performance and maintain service standards.
• Work Environment Maintenance: Maintain a positive and efficient work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration among staff.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role in the food industry.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and management practices.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Culinary background is a plus, enhancing understanding of kitchen processes and operations.
