The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in the food and beverage industry, specifically in managing central kitchen operations.As a Central Kitchen Supervisor, you will oversee daily kitchen activities, ensure food quality and safety, and maintain high standards of servicE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily kitchen operations and manage kitchen staff effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Manage inventory and supplies for the central kitchen, ensuring proper stock levels.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Maintain a positive and efficient work environment, promoting teamwork.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and management practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A culinary background is a plus but not required.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: 250-300 KD per month.
