A reputable cleaning company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Cleaning Supervisor to join their team in Salwa, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning operations and leadership, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure tasks are completed to company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaning assignments to maintain quality control.
- Train new cleaning staff on procedures and best practices.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Address any client concerns and ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
- Prepare reports on staff performance and cleaning operations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
- Must possess a valid Article 18 Transferable visa.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry (mandatory).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
