We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager and Training Supervisor to oversee operations in our Central Kitchen located in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Manager and Training Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Staff Management: Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and skills.
- Training Development: Develop and implement training programs for kitchen staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about food preparation, hygiene standards, and equipment use.
- Menu Planning: Collaborate with chefs to plan and create menus that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen budgets effectively. (Discuss during the interview.)
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in a central kitchen environment and strong administrative skills.
- Skills:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Other Requirements:
- Must hold an 18 Ahli visa.
- Immediate availability for a full-time position is required.
