A leading company in Hawally, Kuwait, is seeking a qualified and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to oversee all aspects of facility maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to electrical equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, carpentry, elevators, and other facilities infrastructure.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure smooth operation of all equipment.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Manage maintenance budgets and resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Prepare reports and maintain maintenance records.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within facilities maintenance.
- Proven experience working with electrical equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, carpentry, elevators, and other facilities-related systems.
- Strong understanding of maintenance principles and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Valid transferable visa and a valid driving license are mandatory.
