A steel fabrication factory in Shuaiba, Kuwait City, is seeking a qualified Production In-Charge to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in the steel fabrication industry to lead and oversee production operations. (Note: While Indian candidates are preferred, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply).
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of production planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Ensure production processes meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Manage production staff and delegate tasks effectively.
- Identify and address production inefficiencies.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- May also be responsible for managing inventory and procurement of materials.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in production management, preferably in the steel fabrication industry.
- Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
