Production Supervisor – Sauces Factory

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our Sauces Manufacturing Factory located in Al Qurain, Kuwait. Responsibilities

• Supervise Operations: Oversee daily operations within the production facility to achieve higher output and efficiency.
• Training and Development: Organize training sessions and educational materials for the production team to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and professional standards throughout the production process.
• Task Management: Organize, monitor, and prioritize tasks to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication between team members and senior management to ensure clarity of procedures and policies.
• Resource Management: Oversee the flow of raw materials and resources necessary for production.
• Technical Knowledge: Utilize knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment to optimize production processes.
• Data Analysis: Apply IT skills, especially in data analysis software, to monitor production metrics.
• Problem Solving: Identify issues promptly and implement effective solutions.
• Reporting: Write and maintain accurate production reports.

Qualifications

• Visa Status: Must possess a transferable Visa Article 18.
• Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Education: Relevant training or certification in industrial production, engineering, or a related field.
• Age: Candidates must be below 35 years old.
• Nationality: Preferred candidates are Indian nationals.
• Skills:

  • Proficient problem-solving skills with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to create and adhere to production processes.
  • Capable of writing reports legibly and accurately.
