Restaurant Supervisor

This role is perfect for a motivated and experienced individual who excels in managing restaurant operations and has strong bilingual communication skills. Accommodation in Khairan will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Managing and training restaurant staff to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Preparing and maintaining reports related to restaurant performance and financials.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues effectively.
• Willingness to relocate to Khairan, with accommodation provided.
