Sales Supervisor

Rami Mansour is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join their team at a Kids Clothes Showroom in Kuwait.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Oversee daily sales floor operations and maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with stockroom organization.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote children’s clothing and accessories.
• Train new staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service procedures.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and submit sales reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales supervision, preferably in the retail clothing industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve goals.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for children’s clothing.
• Experience in inventory management and stockroom operations (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
• Fluency in Arabic and English (an asset).
