Rami Mansour is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join their team at a Kids Clothes Showroom in Kuwait.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Oversee daily sales floor operations and maintain a clean and organized environment.
Manage inventory levels and assist with stockroom organization.
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote children’s clothing and accessories.
Train new staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service procedures.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare and submit sales reports.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales supervision, preferably in the retail clothing industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve goals.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for children’s clothing.
Experience in inventory management and stockroom operations (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
Fluency in Arabic and English (an asset).
