International Group of Aamina (IGA) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Training Supervisor to manage and implement effective training programs across multiple Food and Beverage (F&B) outlets. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing staff skills, enhancing performance, and ensuring consistency in service standards across locations. This is a critical leadership role with a focus on building a strong and capable team that aligns with our operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff Training & Development:
Lead comprehensive training sessions aimed at improving staff skills, service standards, and overall job performance. Foster a positive learning environment that promotes professional growth. - Training Program Management:
Design, manage, and oversee the implementation of training programs across all outlets, ensuring uniformity and alignment with company objectives. Continuously update and improve training materials based on evolving industry practices. - On-Site Supervision:
Conduct regular visits to various locations to evaluate staff performance, provide hands-on coaching, and deliver targeted on-the-job training. Ensure all employees are adhering to company standards and procedures. - Performance Monitoring:
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through regular performance evaluations and feedback. Adjust and refine programs as needed to ensure staff are meeting performance benchmarks and service excellence. - Operational Alignment:
Collaborate closely with management to ensure that training initiatives support the overall operational strategy, contributing to the company’s service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications
- Proven Experience:
Minimum [X] years of proven experience in a training role within the F&B sector. Experience in overseeing training programs across multiple outlets is highly preferred. - F&B Sector Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, including service standards, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices. - Leadership & Interpersonal Skills:
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop teams across different locations. Excellent communication skills to deliver training in a clear and motivating manner. - Organizational & Time Management:
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously. Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
