Responsibilities
As an AC Maintenance Foreman, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and leading a team of AC technicians in maintenance and repair tasks.
- Conducting regular inspections and troubleshooting of AC units to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities to minimize downtime and enhance service delivery.
- Training and mentoring technicians on best practices and safety procedures.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Responding to emergency service calls and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborating with management to develop maintenance schedules and budgets.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements

- Nationality: Non-Arab candidates only.
- Gender: Male candidates preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in AC maintenance and repair.
- Education: Technical certification or diploma in HVAC or a related field is preferred.
