Position 1: AC Technician

Responsibilities

  • Installation & Maintenance: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of various air conditioning systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC units and components, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with safety and quality standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate service records and provide detailed technical reports.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as an AC technician with a strong knowledge of various AC systems (split, ducted).
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings, and prepare quotations for services.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Visa Requirement: Must possess a transferable visa (Article 18).
  • Salary: To be discussed during the interview.

Position 2: Receptionist

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Communication Management: Answer phone calls, manage appointments, and respond to inquiries efficiently.
  • Reception Area Maintenance: Maintain a tidy reception area and manage office supplies.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred; freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Visa Requirement: Must possess a transferable visa (Article 18).
  • Salary: KD 150 for an 8-hour shift (Saturday to Thursday).
