A prominent contracting company in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machinery maintenance and troubleshooting, with a commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install various types of machinery.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machines to ensure optimal operation.
- Diagnose and identify mechanical problems in a timely manner.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures when handling machinery.
- Examine and test machinery to identify and rectify malfunctions.
- Operate machinery to assess its performance and efficiency.
- Order necessary replacement parts and supplies as needed.
- Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Document repairs and maintenance procedures accurately.
- Train other technicians and staff on the proper use of machines.
Required Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues.
- Knowledge of safety protocols in machinery operation.
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles.

Conditions:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar field.
- Fluent in English (both writing and reading).
- Fluent in Arabic is a plus.
- A valid driving license and a car is preferable.
