We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technician to join our team in Sharq, Kuwait. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in electrical, plumbing, and general house maintenance tasks such as air conditioning and basic carpentry. This is a full-time position, requiring proficiency in English and a valid Kuwait driving license. Indian nationals are preferred. You will be responsible for managing maintenance operations and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical and plumbing repairs in residential and commercial settings.
- Conduct regular maintenance of air conditioning units, along with basic carpentry work.
- Manage time and resources effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to track tools, spare parts, and maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot and proactively resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate clearly with clients and the team, including email correspondence.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks to ensure quality work.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with other technicians and team members for larger repair projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, and house-related maintenance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in email communication.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Keen attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Valid Kuwait driving license.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Preference for candidates of Indian nationality.
- Basic experience in managing tools and spare parts for maintenance tasks.
