Barista, Waiter, and Waitress

We are urgently seeking experienced Baristas, Waiters, and Waitresses to join our fine dining restaurant and café in Kuwait. This full-time role is ideal for individuals who are good-looking, under the age of 35, and have at least one year of relevant experience. We are looking for candidates from India, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. The position offers a competitive salary package, accommodation, and transport. Local hiring only, with an immediate start required.

Responsibilities:

For Baristas:

• Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and offering recommendations.
• Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean and organized, including equipment and supplies.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

For Waiters and Waitresses:

• Customer Service: Greet and serve guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Order Taking: Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders to guests.
• Table Maintenance: Set up and clear tables, ensuring they are clean and properly arranged.
• Handling Payments: Process transactions and handle payments efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Age: Under 35 years.
• Appearance: Well-groomed and presentable.
• Nationality: Indian, Filipino, Sri Lankan, and Nepali candidates preferred.
• Location: Based in Kuwait; must be ready to join within 2 weeks.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
