Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, presenting menus and providing information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle billing and payment processing efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to provide excellent service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a waiter in a restaurant setting is required.
- Knowledge of billing processes and point-of-sale systems.
- Proficient in Malayalam, Arabic, and English for effective communication with customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
