A popular restaurant in Kuwait is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waitresses to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Order Management: Take and accurately process customer orders, including food and beverage selections.
• Menu Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu items, including daily specials, to assist customers effectively.
• Table Management: Set up and clear tables, ensuring cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Payments: Handle customer payments and provide receipts, ensuring accuracy in transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Residency: Must have a transferable residency in Kuwait.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer-focused approach.
• Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
